The 40.5-metre Serenity II is announced as a new sales central agency with Burgess' Grant Henderson and Crispin Baynes.
Serenity II is lying in Bodrum, Turkey, with an asking price of €7,950,000 (VAT paid).
Built of steel and aluminium in Turkey at the Mengi-Yay shipyard in 2010 to be RINA class and MCA compliant, she completed an extensive flag and classification survey in 2022 after a full hull repaint in 2021.
Her warm and contemporary interior, by H2 Yacht Design, accommodates up to 13 guests. Serenity II's master suite, boasting a sauna, is positioned on the upper deck aft with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a private terrace that can be used for relaxation or occasional dining. The décor is described by H2 as "cool and luxurious in silver-grey and cream with upholstered walls and Macassar cabinetry".
This unusual arrangement frees up space for a VIP suite on the main deck forward, with views forward and private use of the foredeck. A second full-beam VIP cabin is located on the lower deck, along with the remaining three guest cabins.
The main deck saloon is open plan with seating, bar and formal dining area, complemented by a second semi-sheltered dining table on the aft deck, where there is also ample banquet seating. On the extensive sundeck is a further al fresco dining table, shaded from the sun by the hardtop, a sit-up bar, Jacuzzi and sunpads galore.
Watertoys and one tender are accessed via the opening transom while the main Novurania tender is stowed on the upper deck. When not shadowing or being towed by Serenity II, this tender is launched and retrieved by a crane.
The 394GT motor yacht for sale has a top speed of 15 knots and cruises at 12 knots. Her naval architecture and external design are by Endaze Muhendislik, who specified zero-speed stabilisers for comfort.
