The American "Hodgdon" shipyard, which was founded in 1816, has a history of more than 200 years. What is even more rare is that it still maintains a family business operation until now. Hodgdon covers many businesses, including the construction of customized power boats and sailboats up to 60 meters long, customized high-end interiors for super yachts up to 80 meters long, yacht interior design, and the construction of superyacht ancillary boats. There are yacht services (covering yacht modification, maintenance, mooring, dock rowing, etc.), as well as composite material production.

The design was produced by the Michael Peters Yacht Design Studio, which has a unique vision in designing high-speed yachts. The classic Chris Craft ship model was designed by this studio.
